Ultra Zap 55W UV Replacement Tube Follow the below steps to install the replacement tube 1. Unscrew the blue nuts and remove the o`rings 2. Carefully insert the replacement tube into the UV unit 3. Fit the o`rings to the outer ends of the tube 4. Screw the blue nuts onto the ends until it fits flush onto the o`ring whilst ensuring not to over tighten 5. Connect the tube connectors to the ends of the tube and affix the clear PVC covers onto to blue nuts.
