Description
- Combination tablet for oral treatment of bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g.E.coli or salmonella) in pigeons.
- The E. Coli bacterium is always present in the gastrointestinal tract of healthy birds and may therefore be considered as a normal inhabitant of the gut flora.
- However, the occurrence of other pathogens such as the adeno virus or stressful circumstances in young birds may lead to an explosive multiplication of E. coli.
- The toxins created by this bacterium produce the following symptoms: increased water intake; bad appetite; vomiting and water thin diarrhea .
- The physical condition decreases rapidly and the bird loses weight.
- The sickness will spread through the bird accommodation in no time In less than 48 hours, all young
pigeons may become sick.
